01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, tools, and subscription products offered by MAC Unlimited Coaching ("MAC Unlimited," "we," "us," or "our"), including the personality-matched coaching blueprints for real estate agents and team leaders (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

02What the service is

The Service provides digital coaching tools and curricula organized around personality types, including a 90-day agent development blueprint and a 30-day leadership blueprint. The materials are educational and developmental in nature.

We may add, change, or remove features over time as we improve the Service.

03Your account

To access subscriber content, you must create an account with accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account is for one user unless you hold a plan that expressly permits multiple seats.

04Subscriptions and billing

Access is sold on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.
• Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

05Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again after that.

Refund policy

Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your situation in good faith.

06Acceptable use

The Service and its content are licensed to you for your own coaching use, not sold. You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly post the content or tools.
• Share your account or login with people not covered by your plan.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or extract the underlying content for redistribution.
• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent access controls.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, or in any unlawful manner.

07Our intellectual property

All content within the Service, including the curricula, written materials, graphics, the structure and logic of the blueprints, the MAC Unlimited name and lion logo, and the underlying coaching philosophy, is the intellectual property of MAC Unlimited Coaching and Joseph McGinnis.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own coaching purposes while your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership.

08About the personality framework

The Service organizes its coaching around sixteen personality types. The four-letter type framework and related assessments referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners, and the assessment commonly used to determine a type is offered by independent third parties.

MAC Unlimited is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NERIS Analytics Limited (16Personalities), The Myers-Briggs Company, or any related trademark holder. Any such names are used only to describe the framework the coaching is organized around.

09About the Seven Decisions

The first phase of the agent curriculum references the Seven Decisions, which are the work of author Andy Andrews and appear in his book The Traveler’s Gift. They are referenced with attribution and are the intellectual property of their author.

MAC Unlimited is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Andy Andrews. We encourage users to read his book directly.

10Coaching disclaimer

The Service provides coaching, educational, and developmental content. It is not professional, financial, legal, medical, or mental-health advice, and it is not therapy. Results vary, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or level of success.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for questions that call for one.

11Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, account management, and payment processing. Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

12Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAC Unlimited Coaching and Joseph McGinnis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

13Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to access the content ends.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
